nosey nose surgery!!!!!!!!!!! ;> :)

On July 11 i had Nose surgery! I woke up at 6:50 and started my day. My mom and i gathered a few things like my ipad and Tom Cat. We got in the car drove to Herman Surgery center. When i got there my Ivy was already in. The lady called me back into the pre op room and started ivy fluids. The Anisteseologist put sleeping medicine through my ivey and sent me back into the surgery. After, when i woke up from sleep i saw my dad and papa and my mom. As soon as i awoke my mom gave me a Jelly Cat bunny and i named it Mrs.Snuffles! And when i got home mom gave me  another Jelly Cat bear and i named it Booger Bear. July 12 i went to get legos. Its a bummer that i can't  go to gymnastics for 3 weeks. BOO HOO. SNIFFLE SNIFFLE

Hey!!!! I tried out for softball again this year because  I enjoyed it so much last spring. In January  we had tryouts  to get place on our teams.  I am participating in softball, practicing and  loving  it. 

Coach Scott and Tony picked me to play on their team, the Pearland Cougars. This year I am looking forward to playing the infield position of 2nd base. This position  interests me because yo are more involved in the action. Last year i didn't know the game, but now I understand it  a little bit more. I hope I get to play 2nd base and actually play in the infield not in right field. Every week I  go to practice  to work drills, games and learn more. I  have fun with my teammates, Divina,Sereal,Turtle,Haley,Skyler,Sam,Grace,Knock out, and Shian. At practice, Coach Scott  has been working with me on my throwing technique. My coaches are really great one of them played in baseball and i don't know what the other one did. They have really good coaching skills, they are funny , nice and nick named me M& M!!!  I love softball!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to share with you what it is like in the day of My  infusion days.Today i am going to Texas Children's Hospital to receive  my IVIG ( thats antibodies a blood product that helps me)and it's going to be great. 

My mom wakes me up around 630 am.Im a little groggy but i gather my activities Go Bag, Teal fuzzy peace blanket, and my  Tomcat . On the way there in rush hour traffic I get all cozy and sleep until my mom pulls into vallet. We head up to the 9th floor to immunology treatment center. Mrs Tenesha,my nurse, greets me with big smile and hug. Then  a big sigh, to dump all my things into a chair to get my weight, height and vitals. I bebop to the back treatment rooms to wait for the pokey IV to be done( This doesnt hurt me though I've been doing it since i was 1). Mrs. Tenesha gets all set up and puts in my ivy.She used to be the volcano lady that got blood everywhere but now she's all better. I start digging thru my things to do while my  bolus(extra fluids) are going for the 1st hour of 6-7. Mrs Tenesha and Mrs Valerie both monitor me over time. They start the antibodies ( they are cells i dont produce  that fight off infection) and watch over me. 

Some things i like to do while im recieving my antibodies infusion are crafts, play with friends going thru the same thing,boardgames , rainbow loom and visit with my mom. I most tmes get tired and wiped out from the medicineand doze off to sleep. At the end for the last hour  i get another bolus ( or fluids) to dilute the effects of the antibodies. This helps me because I usually have a reaction with throwing up and severe migraine. 

 I have the best 2 nurses Tanisha and Valerie. I did great doing my ivy. I am still at the hospital getting my antibodies. Today Mrs tenesha made me a flower out of medicine caps. She is wonderful. Another a person i like to see is Ms lyndsey because she checks on me and has all the fun stuff for maddison and i to occupy our time.

Yay Im  going to be all better for the month. I am blessed Thanks God for great care! SCOOOOOORE!

It's freezing in TEXAS!!!!!!

January 29,2014. Today it's like a big popsicle that we'er living in. Texans aren't use to having 28 degree weather maybe to you Ohioans our whether is semi warm.  Well this will make you laugh!!! I went to the car and tried to open the door to get my math out,but there was ice in the crack of the door. I couldn't get my book out of the car. Yesterday my friends and I all had a snow day and it didn't even snow!!! Isn't that crazy???  Jan. 28 my friend Jessica (from gymnastics) came over and did smash booking with me. Smash booking is like scrapbooking but with washi tape and pics and memories that you did. It s so fun!!!!!!

Nice Nicole 2

Last  time   i was    here      for   a long   time    I     went    to    justice   to      look   around.

She    was    so   sweet      and  nice.  Today      we   were out      and   about     with  our  car   for   9$ and  went    by  justice.    I    was        so   excited      to      see    her.   when  we walked   in    Nicole  was the first   person I  saw.        I    looked  at   outfits   with  her   and   tried   them  on     for  her   and     my   mom.   she    makes   me    feel    special.    She always  visits with   us    and  she    remembered    us  too.

My   Mom   and   I       went   to   see    the   Cleveland        Library    today    and   it    was    amazing!   It  was     humungus     and  beautiful!  We  walked   up        the     winding         stairs        forever   to the    4th   floor    to the   kids   books....

Hangn with Jamiel

Tonight   after   the  Library    I     was   hangn    out   with   Gentle  jamiel   at    the    front   desk!

We  chit  chat   told     funny   jokes        ate   smores         laughed   alot      drawing      and  made  him         a         pocket   holder      He     is      way   cool.      I   had   a   good    time           with   him

He    laughed   at    my    jokes   and   told   me            he cant  do my  gymnastics  stuff  I      was   showing  him.     I   did  cartwheels into    handstands       walked   on   my   hands   and  stuff.

Day at the Horse Barn

Today  I     met       Officer   Mickey         in the lobby.  He     took       us    to the  Police    Barn.   When i first got   there    spunky there          sweet    dog   came  up to me    and     loved    o n me.    Officer  Mickey             showed      me   around           the   barn.  I   met          all the       different   horses   like           Rascal,   Trio,      Mandy      Dak,      Jack     and Blaze.  I   thought     they   were  all    huge   and felt    all of them.         Some   of     them    were      pawing there   legs at the  gate   to us.     I liked   when         the one beside  Dak       licked   my   hand .   Rascal  was   funny   too  me  becouse    when  we   were turned   around     he        reached   over    and      knocked   over   the  hay   and   we     all   laughed. It   was     a blast  for me.     Officer  Mickey      even   showed  me      the  old places     how it used to be   for the  horses     in    the old   days.      Then    He    took    me     to  see      the   horseshoe   factory, explained    how   they   do it all. He   gave   me   a  horseshoe      to keep.

On  the   way    out   i had   to go back       to see blaze   one more time      becouse   he  was   so   cute   and  pretty.    Dak      was   the very very tallest one         Mandy     was   the youngest one and black    

Blaze      was   the  cute and pretty one         Rascal  was  oldest  and funny   one.

 I   got   to see the other dog toby      and he was blind  and   almost deaf.

 I had the   best  time       and thank you       Mr  mickey!

Meet and Greet

Today Mom and I     walked in the    sunshine to     Tower city.   We I spyed Mr. Rainbow   Ray   to eat with him    at hulihans.      We played   tic tac toe  and   hang man     it was   very fun.   Whenever        I was        finished       eating     I had        carmel ice crean.    He     looked   on   his   phone           some movies    for me               and  the jetsins    ringtone for  when  we call him.     I    finaly   got to  meet    Officer  Mickey.  He  is  the  one    who   wrote   a   special  poem     about   me.   We  all visited      together  and walked    down  to the              movies.  Officer Ray    blessed    us    by  getting us   into     Mars  needs  Moms.   Mom   and     I       really     enjoyed        it   alot.

 Then    we       walked   back   to      our   hotel   together  and ran  and       laughed.

We               played   just   dance     and   some    other   games.

     Cleveland Zoo   was  fun  to do  in the   sunshine.   It  feels  like  Texas    today.

Icky sick St Pats Day

This    morning     I wore my    green    peace   shirt        to the  hospital.    Ashley   my  friend   in  surgury who    plays and   visits     with  kids  was   there   to       see  me   and    she    remembered  me too.   I   was telling   her        and  my mom   jokes  before   surgery.  I   had     to  go  get   a   tube   in  my nose  all the way   to my  throat.     It     was    icky and  it moved  up and   down. I felt  very bad   and   never  want  to  do that  again.   It was hurting  alot.     After surgury    ashley   brought   me       st  patricks   day    bag  of goodies. It had   a   clover   cookie   to decorate. Oh   and  the   nurses   after   surgury     always   make  me  slushies to make  me     feel  better   I      had   to    push    buttons      when I  laid or sat      or my    tummy hurted.    I    was     ery    tired   and  couldnt      walk    Ms   dru      pushed   me   in   a whhelchair    to     help  me  becouse    I  felt   so   bad.
It   was   a icky  day   for me....

Ohio here I come

  My  mom    and  I  are   going       back to   ohio   for   my   nose   shutting   off  from   polyps.    I   will   get   to   ride        on   the   plane   again.   It   will  be         freezing   cold  and   snow    all   over.   I  can't   wait   to   see     the  snow          and    feel it.   My   mom    and   I   are  bringing    our   rain boots  for   the  snow.   I   hope    to   make   a snowman       and   snow angel.
